Farmed organically with zero added sulfur. The grapes macerated for 15 days on the skins, then the wine aged 10 months in stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIn the glass:\u003c\/strong\u003e dark cherry, plum, gentle spice, and an earthy undergrowth note.
