The cooling influence and saline edge of the Camargue give the wine a quiet mineral lift you rarely find in more inland Provençal rosés.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 is a lively, free-run blend built around Cabernet Franc and Merlot, with supporting roles for Syrah, Malbec, Vermentino, Nielluccio, Colombard and a few other southern varieties. Short cold maceration, stainless-steel fermentation, and no oak keep it pure and direct. Pale, luminous pink with a bright, fruity nose of ripe strawberry, red currant, dried fig, and a touch of citrus zest and spring flowers.
