Ami Ami Vin Orange is a vibrant, skin-contact orange wine from the Limoux AOP in the South of France that blends modern sustainability with classic French winemaking. Crafted by eighth-generation winegrowers who champion organic and sustainable practices, this opulent wine offers just enough skin contact for richness, roundness, and refreshing appeal with a certain je ne sais quoi.
- Grape Blend — Primarily Grenache Blanc (with some skin contact) and a touch of Muscat for aromatic lift.
- Winemaking — Grapes are gently foot-treaded and macerated on skins for up to 6 hours, then pressed and aged briefly in stainless steel to preserve fresh, youthful aromatics. Vineyards sit at 850–1,200 feet elevation in the Pyrenees foothills, where ancient grape-growing traditions meet cool nights and Mediterranean warmth.
