From a family domaine established in Bourgueil since 1839, this classic Cabernet Franc is drawn from the mixed gravel and clay-limestone (tuffeau) soils that define the appellation. Maison Audebert farms around 40 hectares across Bourgueil, Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, and Chinon, working exclusively with the local Cabernet Franc (known here as Breton).

100% Cabernet Franc. Medium ruby in color. The nose shows bright red and black fruits—cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant—layered with the grape’s signature herbal and floral notes of violet, green pepper, and a touch of spice. On the palate it is fresh and medium-bodied, with lively acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a clean, savory finish that carries both fruit and earth. Approachable now, with enough structure to age gracefully for a few years.
