The Deux Punx Pinot Gris Rosé 2023 is a vibrant, natural rosé crafted from 100% Pinot Gris grapes grown in the rich delta soils of Clarksburg, California. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, this low-intervention wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur dioxide (20–30 mg/L), showcasing the winery’s punk-inspired, minimalist ethos. Its pale salmon-pink hue invites with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it’s crisp and refreshing, bursting with flavors of red berries, grapefruit, and ripe melon, balanced by bright acidity. With a light body and approximately 11% ABV, this versatile “dinner-time rosé” is perfect chilled alongside Baja-style fish tacos or light summer fare.
