Domaine Brazilier "Méthode Traditionnelle" Brut is a lively and elegant sparkling wine from the Loire Valley in France, produced using the traditional method (the same as Champagne, with secondary fermentation in the bottle). This non-vintage (NV) Crémant-style sparkler comes from the Coteaux du Vendômois appellation, where the domaine practices organic and biodynamic farming.
It is typically a blend of 50% Chenin Blanc and 50% Pineau d'Aunis (a rare local red grape that adds complexity and structure when used in white sparkling wines). The result is a dry (Brut) sparkling wine with fine, energetic bubbles and refreshing acidity.
On the nose, it offers bright aromas of ripe lemon, peach, pear, and a touch of pineapple, intertwined with delicate citrus blossom notes and a distinctive chalky minerality reflecting the flint and clay soils of the region.
The palate is crisp and invigorating, delivering orchard fruit flavors, subtle tropical hints, floral accents, and a clean, mineral-driven finish. It's fresh, zesty, and well-balanced, with lively effervescence that makes it highly approachable and versatile.
