Vignoble Dubreuil’s Silice is a textbook example of what makes Touraine Sauvignon Blanc such a great value. Named after the sandy (“silice”) soils of the estate’s vineyards in Couddes and Oisly, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc captures the bright, mineral-driven character of the Loire without the Sancerre price tag.

The 2025 vintage shows the cuvée’s signature aromatic profile: an intense nose of yellow fruit, citrus zest, white flowers, and a classic touch of green pepper. On the palate it’s lively and rounded at once — generous yet crisp, with juicy notes of citrus, exotic fruit (hints of passionfruit and pitaya), and a clean, flinty mineral finish. The texture has nice body for a Sauvignon Blanc while staying refreshing and precise.
