100% Cabernet Franc from Voglezang Vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley, this 2023 bottling was captured while still fermenting using the ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, and made with zero added SO₂ at 13% ABV.

Tasting Notes Juicy figs, spiced baked plums, rain-soaked clay, and red fruit leather. Earthy, fun, and dangerously drinkable with bright acidity and soft, lively disco bubbles.
