This organic, easy-drinking red is crafted from a blend of approximately 55% Trepat and 45% Sumoll (also known as Sumoll Negre), two indigenous Catalan varieties that thrive on Mediterranean limestone-clay soils, contributing to its freshness and approachability.Bottled in a convenient 1-liter format with an ABV around 12-13%, it's designed for casual enjoyment—unfiltered, fermented with natural yeasts, and vegan-friendly.
