From the volcanic gabbro soils of Vallet, just outside Nantes in the western Loire Valley, fourth-generation vigneron Jean-Pascal Aubron crafts this pure, old-vine Sauvignon Blanc.
Sourced from 40+ year-old vines and fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention (unfined, lightly filtered, and lightly sulfured), it delivers bone-dry freshness and striking minerality — the true expression of Atlantic-influenced Loire terroir.
Tasting Notes Bright aromas of crisp green apple, zesty citrus, and fresh-cut herbs. The palate is vibrant and mouthwatering, with juicy green apple, honeydew melon, chalky minerality, and a clean, saline finish. Electric acidity meets elegant purity.
Light, focused, and irresistibly refreshing — pure Loire elegance in every sip.
