“Jolie Folle” means “pretty crazy” in French, and this vibrant Provençal pink from Crazy Beautiful Wines lives up to every syllable. It’s a classic southern-French blend of 30% Syrah, 25% Merlot, 25% Grenache, 15% Caladoc (a Grenache × Malbec cross that brings lovely color and spice), and 5% Ugni Blanc (for bright acidity and freshness), sourced from sustainable vineyards on the Sainte-Victoire hills in IGP Méditerranée — a family estate farming these lands since the 18th century. Night-harvested grapes, gentle direct press with zero skin contact, cool stainless-steel fermentation — pure Provence, zero makeup.

It pours a luminous, pale salmon-pink that practically glows in the glass. The nose is pure summer seduction: strawberry blossom, ripe watermelon, delicate elderflower, a whisper of white pepper, and wild Mediterranean herbs.
