This unique blend combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced from organically farmed vineyards in California—likely from regions like Mendocino or Monterey known for their expressive fruit. The wine reflects Jumbo Time’s signature blend of punk-rock irreverence and serious craftsmanship, delivering a light, juicy red that’s perfect for casual sipping.
The production process highlights its natural ethos: the Pinot Noir undergoes carbonic maceration, fermenting whole clusters in a carbon dioxide-rich environment to enhance bright, fruity flavors while keeping tannins soft and subtle. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel or neutral vessels, followed by a short aging period.
