"La Cattiva Running a Business Red is a juicy, invigorating natural wine from the sun-drenched plains of Puglia, Italy, crafted by the passionate collective at Masseria La Cattiva. Made from 100% organic Primitivo grapes grown in Sammichele di Bari, this red undergoes a 15-day whole-cluster carbonic maceration in stainless steel, followed by six months of aging in the same tanks. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal or no added sulfur, it pours a bright ruby hue with a lively edge. The nose bursts with fresh cherry, plum, and blueberry, laced with hints of Mediterranean herbs, while the palate delivers a surprisingly fresh, dangerously drinkable profile—juicy, light, and lifted by a subtle tannic grip.
