Tasting note
Electric purple-magenta in the glass (unfiltered glow). Nose is a fruit-bomb of crushed black cherry, pomegranate molasses, wild blueberry, violet candy, and a big whiff of wet potting soil and pink peppercorn. Palate is medium-light, ridiculously juicy, with zero tannin grip and a bright acid line that makes it feel almost fizzy. Finishes with a floral pop and a begging-for-another-sip quality. Zero added sulfur, carbonic lift, 100 % whole-cluster, aged in old barrels and flextank. Pure hedonism.Style
Glou-glou royalty. Chill it hard (30–40 min in the fridge), pour into tumblers, and watch a case disappear on the first warm day.Pairs with everything or nothing: charcuterie, burgers, spicy Thai takeout, or straight from the bottle at the beach.
