Meinklang Mulatschak White 2024 (also known as Weißer Mulatschak) is a lively, easy-drinking skin-contact orange winefrom the biodynamic Meinklang estate in Burgenland, Austria.This vibrant blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer undergoes 5–7 days of maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and aging sur lie. The result is a naturally hazy wine with an apricot-amber hue, sometimes showing fine perlage, low alcohol (11.5% ABV), and minimal residual sugar.Aromas evoke a summer meadow: ripe peach, apricot, strawberry, lychee, rose petals, chamomile, elderflower, and hints of jasmine or orange blossom. On the palate, it's juicy and mouthwatering, with bright acidity, light tannins, soft yeastiness, and a fresh, mineral-driven finish laced with tropical notes like passion fruit and pink grapefruit.
