Meinklang Prosa Frizzante Rosé 2024 is a lively, lightly sparkling (frizzante) rosé from the renowned biodynamic Meinklang estate in Burgenland, Austria. Crafted in the pét-nat (ancestral method) style from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this natural, unfiltered wine pours a hazy pale pink with fine, gentle bubbles and a touch of sediment for authentic character.Bursting with vibrant red berry flavors—ripe strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and red currant—it’s accented by bright citrus zest, delicate florals, and subtle herbal notes. Crisp acidity and refreshing effervescence give it a zesty, juicy freshness, with just a hint of balanced sweetness on the finish. Low in alcohol (around 10-11% ABV), it’s delightfully easy-drinking and versatile.
