Sourced from Mendocino, California, this unique skin-contact white wine is crafted from a blend of organic Vermentino and Orange Muscat grapes, hand-harvested in early September to preserve freshness. The grapes are destemmed and fermented on their skins for six days, imparting a distinctive texture and depth of flavor, then aged in a mix of neutral French oak and stainless steel. The wine is force-carbonated at canning, giving it a lively fizz that enhances its refreshing character. With a light 10.5% ABV, MOONLAND Skin Contact offers a bright, aromatic profile with notes of lemon zest, peach, and a subtle floral undertone, characteristic of its skin-contact fermentation.
