This unique rosé is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from organic vines rooted in schist-rich soils across his four-hectare vineyard. The Cabernet Sauvignon is direct-pressed for freshness, while the Sauvignon Blanc undergoes a short maceration to lend texture and depth, with both fermenting spontaneously via native yeasts. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites, "Plasma" pours a lively, hazy pink-orange hue, bursting with aromas of tart red berries, citrus candy, and a subtle floral lift.
