Marc Plouzeau’s organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc from clay-limestone plots (Les Devants de la Bonnelière) near Château de la Bonnelière. Hand-harvested at full maturity and cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit and energy.

Pale, bright gold with a lively, aromatic nose of citrus (lime, grapefruit), white peach, gooseberry, and a classic Loire gunflint/mineral edge, lifted by hints of cut grass and white flowers. The palate is crisp, dry, and focused—zesty lemony freshness, stone-fruit brightness, and a clean mineral finish with good length and snap. Vibrant and precise without heaviness.
