Raïmones Engrescada Red 2021 is a playful, chillable natural red from Catalonia's Penedès region in Spain, produced by Raïmones—a vibrant collaborative project uniting the younger generation of three historic neighboring wine families. Emphasizing organic farming, indigenous varieties, and low-intervention techniques, this bottling captures the fresh, terroir-driven spirit of the area with dry-farmed vineyards and minimal additives.The 2021 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sumoll, and Xarel·lo (100% natural, organically certified). Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, and see no added sulfites at bottling. Completely dry, light-bodied, with moderate alcohol around 12–13% ABV, it's designed for easy, refreshing drinking—often with a subtle lightly effervescent lift. Bright ruby in the glass, it bursts with juicy, fruit-forward aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, dark cherry, plum, and pome fruits, accented by floral notes, earthy undertones, licorice, lemon rind, and a touch of green apple or nectarine for complexity. On the palate, it's vibrant and medium-light: fresh red fruits lead into rustic charm from Sumoll, subtle herbal spice, and a crisp, mouthwatering finish with faint grip
