Weingut Soellner (Toni & Daniela) is a Demeter-certified biodynamic pioneer in Austria’s Wagram region. Their TONI Grüner Veltliner is the estate’s friendly, everyday expression — named after winemaker Toni (T: tasty, O: original, N: natural, I: individual).

Sourced from a selection of different vineyards across the region, this 2024 is a light yet characterful Grüner Veltliner. It shows a bright, juicy nose of white peach, green pear, and dried herbs, with the classic white pepper and subtle lentil notes that define good Austrian Grüner. On the palate it’s crisp, refreshing, and medium-bodied for the variety, with lively acidity, clean fruit, and a mineral-tinged finish.
