The winemaking process emphasizes simplicity and authenticity: grapes undergo a short skin maceration (sometimes direct-pressed for Pinot Noir), followed by slow fermentation in neutral French oak barrels—often for up to 22 months—before blending and bottling with minimal sulfur. Unfined and unfiltered, SWICK Chillable delivers a light-bodied, juicy profile with vibrant acidity, showcasing aromas of cherry starburst, red flowers, and black tea, alongside subtle herbaceous notes.
