Ancient Georgian soul in a glass.
From the historic Zedashe Monastery in the Kartli region of Georgia — birthplace of wine 8,000 years ago — this traditional amber wine is made the way it has been for centuries. 100% Rkatsiteli grapes are fermented and aged for months on their skins and stems inside buried clay qvevri, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
The result is a beautiful deep-amber orange wine with structure, texture, and the unmistakable stamp of Georgian terroir.
Tasting Notes Dried apricot, quince paste, orange zest, and wild honey on the nose. The palate is full-bodied yet vibrant, showing dried stone fruit, ginger, tamarind, subtle walnut skin, and a firm, grippy tannin that finishes with bright acidity and a long, savory echo of clay and spice.
Complex, soulful, and utterly drinkable — pure qvevri tradition
