ZINIEL Zini '24 is a playful, vibrant natural wine from Andreas Ziniel's family estate in Burgenland, Austria—crafted near the Hungarian border at the country's lowest elevation.This unique co-fermentation blends red Zweigelt with white grapes Welschriesling, Muskateller, and Sauvignon Blanc, creating a light-bodied wine that blurs the line between a chillable red and a rosé. It comes in a fun 1-liter bottle, made with organic/biodynamic practices, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention.Visually, it pours a pale ruby-pink with bright clarity. The nose bursts with floral aromas—citrus blossoms, hibiscus tea, and red berry notes. On the palate, it's juicy and zippy, delivering light cranberry, citrus fruits, and subtle tea-like tannins, all balanced by refreshing acidity.
